BIZAZZ MEDIA has just finished producing a new DVD, entitled L.A.S.T., an acronym for a solution that can help management deal with consumer confrontations that get out of hand.
Our DVD is a dramatic rendition about a woman who has a problem with the follow- through on the promises made at the point of sale. It seems that once the deal has been made, and the buck has been passed, her preparation, the day of installation, and the follow-up are all a source of great frustration.
