POSITIVITIES

We at Bizazz Media are currently in production for a series of generic videos that we hope will be useful for Companies across America. We intend to emphasize the 'positivities' in management, and to start to shift "hammer management" to something more caring and supportive. It is our contention at Bizazz Media that one gets a lot more productivity from a smile, rather than a frown, from recognition rather than threat, from a fun workplace over an environment of silence and fear. We intend to take the Thoreau phrase "the mass of men live quiet lives of desperation" and introduce another concept ... "the most productive of us all has learned to laugh, to enjoy, and to celebrate the workplace". Our videos will reflect that philosophy, and will be on the market soon, as will our website.
